A little about Aisling
Bio
Aisling Gregory is a dynamic marketing executive and change-agent with experience in developing high-impact marketing and business strategies that maximize brand exposure, deepen customer engagement, and attract new customer acquisition across sectors; ultimately propelling business growth and increasing valuation.
During her career, Aisling has served in a head of marketing capacity and has influenced a broad array of functions, including full-funnel marketing strategy, branding, positioning, market segmentation, customer engagement, PR, events, digital transformation and growth strategies. As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, Aisling built her career at Silverstein - a real estate company best known for the redevelopment of the World Trade Center - where she earned six promotions within the first six years of her career; rising from intern to VP.
In 2023, Aisling launched her own consultancy, where she helps clients accelerate growth and innovation through full-funnel marketing and growth strategy consulting services.
With a proven track record of driving growth and transforming brands, Aisling has been recognized by the American Business Awards as the 2017 Marketer of the Year and by Real Estate Weekly as a Rising Star.

Art Meets Mixology
Embodying the Silver Towers Lifestyle, Art Meets Mixology brought together the arts, food and cocktails. The centerpiece of the activation was an art installation by Miguel Ovalle, which celebrates the past, present and future of Hell’s Kitchen.
The multi-media sculpture was accompanied by a performance by celebrity mixologist Rob Floyd and flavors from local restaurants.
Taste of Hell's Kitchen
A Taste of Hell’s Kitchen brought together local brands, influencers, and media in an intimate setting, to celebrate what makes Hell’s Kitchen a great neighborhood to eat, live and play.
Guests enjoyed flavors from the best chefs and mixologists in the area while being surrounded by spectacular views of the City. Silverstein cohosted the event with Resident Magazine.
Musicians & Entrepreneurs
New York City’s next generation of entrepreneurs may no longer need to venture beyond their own building to start building meaningful networks and forging connections into the city’s thriving entrepreneurial community.
On November 9, 2017, Silverstein brought entrepreneurs and multi-hyphenates together to connect with each other in its residential buildings.

My boss handed me a vacant floor at 4 WTC, and said I could do whatever I wanted with it, and I took full advantage!
Developed World Trade Center events program to elevate 4 WTC's perception within the market as a canvas for creativity.
Consisting of 200 high profile events a year, the WTC became the hottest event venue in NYC hosting dozens of fashion shows, product launches, commercials and films.
A few notable clients include: the Bud Light Super Bowl Commercial, the film "Annie" with Jamie Fox, and the Forbes 400 Summit with Bill Gates and Warren Buffett to name just a few!
Social Media Campaigns
We launched a campaign called #MyWTC in an effort to celebrate a sense of community across the WTC campus and the neighborhood as a whole. The campaign aims to lead a conversation about the new work/life paradigm by sharing the stories of the people that make up the new World Trade Center destination.

3 WTC Grand Opening

In June 2018, 3 World Trade Center officially opened its doors for business. 3 WTC, is the fourth out of five buildings to open on the World Trade Center Campus, where the narrative has long moved past resilience to claim its place as the center of innovation and excellence, catalyzing the neighborhood’s resurgence.
In celebrating the historic milestone, we launched a fully integrated campaign and grand opening event. The results of which garnered 800MM impressions globally and increased leasing activity.

Challenge: In 2020, Aisling was presented with the ultimate challenge when overnight, the coronavirus pandemic triggered the world’s largest work from home experiment, posing a very real threat to the entire commercial real estate industry.
Strategy: Under the leadership of the executive team, Aisling led a committee to offset the negative impact from the pandemic. They reimagined a typical day at the office to meet the evolving needs of the modern workforce by launching Inspire, a customer engagement and workplace solution.

Inspire is a hospitality-infused program offering a suite of services, programming, amenity spaces and on-demand workspaces for today’s flexible workforce, allowing customers to choose the best work environment for their needs.

Her work has resulted in greatly increased leasing activity, brand recognition and exposure across the company’s commercial, residential, retail and hotel portfolio. In 2016, Aisling was handed the ultimate challenge: figure out how to engage, influence and persuade business leaders and their employees to move into 4 World Trade Center and bring it to 100% occupancy by 2018. Aisling’s efforts were a significant factor in Spotify leasing 14 floors at the top of the building, bringing it to full occupancy.
Under Aisling’s leadership, Silverstein’s marketing & leasing campaigns have been honored with dozens of national awards. These include thirteen W3 Awards for “Best in Show”, five MarCom Awards and four AVA Digital Marketing Awards for most successful leasing campaigns. Aisling was recognized by the American Business Awards as the 2017 Marketer of the Year. Her market research paired with her guerilla marketing style have created a new standard for marketing in the real estate sector. Dara McQuillan, Silverstein’s CMO said: “As a result of Aisling’s efforts, we have some of the most visible projects on the planet.”
